The iDataView™ product provides real time production information in a networked environment to anyone running the client software.
iDataView™ allows management to view the current status of each and every job in production. Reports can be generated at a click of a button of the current status of a given job even if this job is being run on multiple machines at the same time showing where they are at that moment. The reports detail when the job started, all the operators that touched the job, which pieces they touched and all machines that ran even a single piece of the job.
Statistical operator efficiency is also available at a click of a button. This allows management to determine top performers and assist in employee evaluations.
Real-time current details including passed and failed mail-piece count, average pieces per minute and pieces per hour are also available on the GUI. This allows management to view current real-time throughput information on each machine at a quick glance from their PC.
